The Finance Key are Cheadle Hulme, South Manchester based Specialist Finance and Insurance Advisers that cover the whole of the UK for mortgages and remortgages, loans, finance and insurance for residential, commercial or business clients.
Having an extremely comprehensive list of lenders available, and influential contacts within these organisations, we're confident we can work with you to find the best deals available. If your scenario doesn't fit with the traditional High Street Banks' criteria, we have more proactive Private Banks available who will take a broader view of the prospect and be more inclined to offer terms.
Being a whole-of-market mortgage brokerage, we use a database which is updated daily, in line with the lenders’ products as they are made available. Our excellent relationships with lenders enhances the products and service available to you the client. Having access to exclusive and semi-exclusive mortgages which aren't available on the High Street, ensures you are given the products and service you deserve.
As there can be many parties involved for a property purchase or remortgage, communication is key. The Finance Key can liaise with solicitors, estate agents, accountants, surveyors and contractors, keeping you informed along the way. This mediator communication can often make all the difference when transactions are made.
